Kenya Power has unveiled a new call center number for its customers to be able to access customer care services more efficiently. This is in its quest to maintain high standards of customer service and to ensure that complaints are addressed in good time and through various media. The call center is available 24 hours a day and throughout the week for all matters pertaining to Kenya Power's services throughout the country. We would like to encourage the use of this call center by all our customers and we encourage any feedback regarding the same.
