The Supply Chain Division broadly speaking is required to optimize the critical operations and implement the best possible operating models and supply chain strategy. This includes but is not limited to inventory optimization to improve the procurement process of materials and goods in addition to works and services. Using a clear roadmap the Supply Chain will assist the company to become a significant player by meeting customer demands, improve efficiencies and margins.

Introduction

The Supply Chain Division strategies will involve Optimizing the critical operations and implement the best possible operating models and supply chain strategy, including inventory optimization to improve the procurement process of Materials/Goods, Works and Services. Key activities include business review and functional alignment with other functions, current operating model assessment, desired future state, change management plan roadmap to help optimize procurement and materials management strategies by driving change smartly, acting decisively and remaining flexible enough to adjust course as necessary. The Supply Chain Division will make a transition with a clear roadmap to becoming a significant player in helping KPLC meet the customer demands, improve efficiencies and margins
