Kenya Power has unveiled a new call center number for its customers to be able to access customer care services more efficiently. This is in its quest to maintain high standards of customer service and to ensure that complaints are addressed in good time and through various media. The call center is available 24 hours a day and throughout the week for all matters pertaining to Kenya Power's services throughout the country. We would like to encourage the use of this call center by all our customers and we encourage any feedback regarding the same.

· Power disconnection SMS alerts

Kenya Power gives you the power to control your electricity consumption through the pre-paid power system. With a pre-paid meter, paper bills, disconnections and the hassle of reconnections are things you never have to deal with again! You can now buy a credit slip from any authorized vendor or through your mobile phone.

StimaLoan is a Kenya Power initiative in partnership with the French Development Agency (AFD) through the Government of Kenya. It aims at connecting low-income families that cannot afford the connection fees upfront by giving them loans at 5% administration fee (one-off payment). More than 49,000 Kenyans have benefitted (May, 2014) from the loan scheme with customers paying 20 % upfront with the balance payment spread out over a period of 24 months.
For ease and convenience, customers can now pay their electricity bills through various methods like MPESA, Airtel Money and through our Easypay partners countrywide.
Other Easypay agents include Bank, Co-operative Bank, Equity Bank, National Bank, and Standard Chartered Bank.
